02b / Why we fly now

What Pilot Phase 1.0 taught us.

Pilot Phase 1.0 (April 2026) drove 3,000+ km through three countries, Benin, Togo and Burkina Faso, from our Nigeria base. It onboarded 1,000+ people and proved the idea works. It also showed us, the hard way, what to change for the other eight.

The new approach

Fly in. Drive local. Film everything.

We stop driving across borders. In each country we fly in, then rent and brand a local vehicle, a Toyota Sienna, with a local driver who knows the roads and the fuel. We work the markets, schools and villages for about twelve days, hand the work to local ambassadors, then fly to the next country. A two-person team travels now: one leads teaching and onboarding, one documents every stop. Flights cost less than the hidden price of borders, fuel gaps and breakdowns, and the trip is safer, faster, and captured on camera from start to finish.
